ECB Leisure, please reconsider my case

From the time I received the call from Mietha to the time that I made the payment and I received a confirmation of the booking was from the 15th May to 16th May. I have been in touch with Shamila telephonically from the 20th June, and after our discussion sent through the email communication with a letter from the hospital on the 24th indicating that my partner has been admitted from the 19th June, and this was dated Saturday 22nd June. On the same email, I have copied both the two previous people who have been servicing me, Mietha and Chanelle, but to date I have not received any acknowledgement from Shamila despite the email follow ups I have made; and the telephonic messages I have left at her offices. No consideration is being given to the circumstances my family was faced with, and even though I have gone back to indicate the situation to Shamilla and she indicated that she would come back to me, and she is not responding at all. My partner has subsequently been discharged on the 29th June, and we are really keen on going; could somebody kindly assist me, Shamila is not responding, acknowleding communication/assisting and going back on her word.
