I requested a refund for a plane ticket for a family member that passed away. I phoned in last week thursday 20th June 2013 And the Call Agent said that we would receive it at the end of the day I was in abit of a rush as I wanted to use the refunded voucher for a special that was R899 for the 13th of july 2013 and with the result of the call centre agent taking her time I missed out on the deal.
