I will never book for anyone or even reccomend your service to anyone
Last week friday, i made an online booking and paid online within the stipulated timeframe for my sister and her child. The payment when through, i got a notification from my bank.
On Saturday, we drove to parkstation for the 15:15 bus to wolmaransstad only to be told that we didn't pay. What? I had the proof of payment and reference number, what more did we need?
The consultants were all unhelpful and said we should have called the call centre. What kinda of customer service? I was so frustrated, my sister needed to be on that bus, we ended up paying again for the same bus. Please may i be refunded for the first payment.
to make it worse, my sister was travelling with her child and they wanted them to sit separately from each other... i dont know if that makes sense, to separate a toddler from his mother on a bus journey.
