Between the 1st and 2nd July, 2012, my bike was from inside the station notwithstanding the presence of patrolling security and the station being locked at night. The bike was cable-locked to a bicycle stand. I lodged a claim (WC/METRO/1207/1452). Despite many phone calls, emails later,
