A company called Multi Destinations called me saying I have won a holiday and I must come collect my prize. Upon arrival at the destination, they asked me for my details in order to redeem my prize. Little did I know that it was a ploy to sell me timeshare. I told them I didn't need timeshares but if they had company shares I will be glad to invest in them. They said they had different type of shares and they could offer me what I wanted. They did a presentation on a company that was selling property shares and I thought it was genuine and I signed up and paid R5000. I was leaving for Lesotho and by the time I came back and collected the paper work I realized all what we had been sold was what we didn't want. We were sent from pillar to post including being blacklisted after refusing to pay what they demanded. I referred the matter to VOASA who are also siding with these people despite paper work showing that the initial agreement is not the same as the contract they sent us. These people are just and people must know.
