Mustang Marketing
Misguided sales pitch

A Sales representative from Mustang marketing came to see me on the 9th of May 2013 in Ellisras. HE sold me a product called Share Tracking form Investors Choice. On Wednesday the following week the technician came to install the product on my computer.
But, According to the technician's explanation, the product is not what the sales representative told me.
The sales representative explained to me that if I buy shares on the stock exchange with their program and my shares fall with 2%, I will receive a sms to sell my shares or not, if I reply with a "yes" or "no". If for some or other reason, I don't receive the sms or I didn't reply on the sms, they will sell the shares for me before it falls past 5% . I then asked the sales representative what will happen if the Stock Exchange have a financial meltdown. Will I lose my money or what? He then explained to me that the 5% rule will kick in and they will sell all my shares. I will only lose 5% of my money.
The technician came on Wednesday and explained to me otherwise. According to the technician, the sms that I will receive is only to warn me to buy or sell shares. They don't sell my shares for me. I have to do it myself.
