I'd like to thank greyhound and staff for such an excellent service they offer, on the 13th of june (18:30) I was travelling to kimberly and something went wrong with the bus, I just wanna appreciate the ffedback the staff kept giving us as well as sms we received about what is happening, as much as the buss was late but letting us knw is wat makes your service unique from other bus companies, thanks a lot U GUYZ ROCK
