Pensioner bought ticket to CPT at Checkers. 7 June 17:45 she missed bus by 5 min due to accident on highway. when we contacted intercape we were told she forfeits R475 and there is nothing they can do for her.

They told us there are termas and conditions on the back of the tickets that states you must cancel within 3hrs and on the ticket there are no such conditions. i requested she tells me where to find those terms on the ticket, she then said they are on the website. we logged onto the website still we cannot find that. please may the show us where on the ticket are those conditions.

this is a pensioner and she was forced to use her pension money to buy another ticket. I am shocked that there are companies that treat their clients in this manner especially pensioners. we would like a refund on this ticket or another tickets she can use in future. We would also like to be shown the terms and conditions on the ticket whic state the 3hr cancellation period
