SA Roadlink bus booked today the26th of Dec was due to take off at 8:30am from Dbn to Joburg but ended up taking off after 15min (which is reasonable). However the bus condition was disgusting, it was not cleaned up, second left seat opposite the driver was falling apart, the aircons were not in working order and the master piece was the emergency exit that was tied with ropes and plastics "Heaven knows why it is called an emergency exit". I would even like to share a picture of this so called emergency exit.!! After having took off 15min late from the station, the driver took us to park for 35min while filling up diesel "Mind u there is no notification to passengers". All we saw was the driver taking us via the market through to Sydney Road petrol station. I must point out that SA Roadlink is has "NO" customer service what's so ever.
