Deposit not Return

I rented a vehicle from them, where I had to pay R3000 deposit cash, they have not returned any of my mails or phone calls. They do a Pre Check in your presence but the after check, they didn't have the forms there to complete it in my presence. There contracts don't have contract nr on. Vehicle registration is CA495047
