Greyhound lost my bag containing important documents in March 2013. Nobody was willing to help with tracing it and the Terminal manager tells me it can't be traced and to get a speedier solution I should consult with the nearest CPA agency. This consumer protection act should really help us as consumers so that service providers like Greyhound do not take advantage of us. How can they be negligent about our properties and then refer us to CPA?
