Hi, I received an email late last night with regards to last minute accomodation at cheap rates. I tried calling in the morning to book but no answer. Then I used the other option and sent an email to contact me to book. No one called me. Finally my wife got through only to be told that it is fully booked. I wonder if there was any fairness in the first place in the way rooms were allocated to people.
