BAD SERVICE

Good Day,
on the 13th March i confirmed on email with Helen that she made a provisional booking for my accomodation for the weekend of the 26th-28th April, i also asked her to confirm whether i could make payment on the 25th March where she replied "fine".'
this morning i called as i needed the banking details and she tells me that they are fully booked out for that weekend, i said to her that she confirmed on email that it was fine to make payment and now she's telling me they book out, she even says in the email that she has made the provisional booking for me.
I am absolutely outraged, our holiday is ruined, where am i suppose to find accomodation now?
all through the call she made it sound like i am the one who is at fault!
