Poor service and communication

Good day, i signed an order with Mpho (sales) at Trellidor Midrand on August 21, 2013. I requested urgent delivery and installtion due to it being a newly built house in a pretty vacant new development. Two weeks and no feedback from Mpho nor Trellidor. After calling him i was told i will receive a call from Candace the day. As now expected i receive a call the day later. She calls at 4pm to confirm installation the next day. I thought this to be rather short notice and was annoyed but had to hastily organise for somebody to be home for the installers. On the day of install, the installers show up late, i get a call from Candace to apologise and says she will organise another day. Once again i get a call from Candace at 4pm a few days later to book the followng day, once again unprofessional and short notice. I requested from her another date again and once more i get a call at 4pm for this and finally gave her a date which she was to confirm 2 days ago and still nothing.

I can't believe such a market leader in security has this level of service. Truly unprofessional. I am not inclined to reqeust an installation on a Saturday morning for purely my convenience.
