Access to saa lounge

Good day,

I would like to express my disappointment on how SAA handles access to domestic lounges at OR Tambo Int Airport

I have booked a flight from jhb to nelspruit on SAA (flight SA8827), so I wanted to use the lounge on 3rd floor but was told I can not do so as I'm traveling SAA Express,

That's not fair, because when you look at the boarding pass it states carrier is SAA.
And if I'm issued and having a SAA boarding pass why not be allowed access to the lounge?

Then I asked why is the boarding pass a SAA boarding pass? I was told its "same group", same group? But not same benefits? I mean it doesn't make sense

Also, there is no "SAA" flight to Nelspruit, only the SA Express,
Does that mean that SAA is discriminating against travelers to nelspruit?
