It has been 4 business days since you have processed the payment through my credit card and to date I have not had the courtesy of any body confirming and finalising the accommodation booking despite several emails to your [Email Removed]

I will be contacting the lodge to advise them of your extremely poor service and that they should rather terminate their agreement with you - completely unacceptable!!!
