ON THE 14/05 I MADE A BOOKING ON THE WEBSITE FOR A FLIGHT FROM JOHANNESBURG TO DURBAN.
THE PAYMENT WENT OFF MY ACCOUNT, HOWEVER THE BOOKING WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL.
I THEN CONTACTED THE COMAIR CALL CENTRE AND I WAS ADVISED THAT THE FUNDS WILL BE REVERSED INTO MY ACCOUNT WITHING 24-48HOURS.
THE CONSULTANT ADVISED ME THAT THERE WAS AN ISSUE ON THE SITE.
I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY THE SITE WAS STILL AVAILABLE FOR BOOKINGS TO START OF WITH.
