I paid this company about a month ago to provide me with a shuttle service from my house to my work everyday.

The first day the driver was an hour and a half late and the next day he never pitched, I nearly lost my job as this was a new job.

I am still waiting for my refund, I have been waiting for about 1 month and still no answer.

her phone is off and she never replies on my emails, I am fed up and I don't know what to do anymore
