CHANGE OF NAME SAME PERSON

HI, I HAVE CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES TO KULULA IN ORDER TO RECTIFY THE NAME OF ONE OF THE PASSENGERS, ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT IT CANNOT BE DONE AS I HAVE TO BOOK A NEW TICKET, NOW I EXPLAINED AS THE NAME ON THE PASSENGER LIST IS THE CALLING NAME AND NOT THE NAME ON THE ID, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON (DONT GET HER NAME) SAID SHE WILL PUT A MESSAGE ON THE SYSTEM SAYING THIS, I WENT YESTERDAY TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE AIRPORT TO CHECK AS I HAVE BOOK 1 MONTH IN ADVANCE AND ONLY FLYING IN JUNE TO MAKE SURE, I GET TOLD NO IT CANNOT BE DONE AS IT IS A NEW PERSON, WHEN EXPLAINING THEY GET VERY AGGRESSIVE, MY BOOKING NUMBER IS PLFBXV (BRIGRAJ) AS YOU WOULD SEE ALL IS FAMILY, SO THE NAME IS A CALLING NAME ENTERED, HER ID NAME IS MUNJAREE AND NOT MEENAKSHA (WHICH IS HER CALLING NAME) PLEASE CAN YOU ASSIST ME WITH THIS MATTER, AS I DONT WANT TO GO TO THE AIRPORT AND HAVE A PROBLEM WHNE BOARDING.
