Doc no 220478 .On the 5 April 2013 we were corned by one of the consultant at Holiday Flexi Club in Nelspruit. We were advised by the Consultant named Clinton Hassin, cell no 0838962479 he introduced us the club. We decided to cancel the agreement seeing that we are both unemployed and called and sms Clinton on 6 April 2013 he told us that it will be cancelled due to the fact that no payment has been made and no banking details for the debit order was given to the Club. Referring to the contract page no 6 "Employment and credit history information applicant ". Two account details were provided to Clinton not knowing that funds will be unlawful debited from my std ccard. Referring to the contract page number two"Debit order instruction "no bank account number was given for the funds to be deducted, no amount mentioned and date given either. On the 18 April 2013 an amount R2000 was deducted from my Std Bank Credit Card without my approval and a few days later I received calls from the call centre agents (Ashmika [Email Removed] ) I told her the agreement was cancelled, [Email Removed] ) an email have been sent on the 17 May 2013.PLZ REFUND MY MONEY
