I run a self-catering accommodation house and was looking to advertise on Where to stay. A company calling themselves "Where to stay in SA" sent me a mail adverting a special offer expiring at the end of January and I made the mistake of thinking they were Where to stay and signed up paying R599. Since then I have not had any responses to my e-mails or phone calls and the listing has not taken place. In short they have my money and disappeared and I seem to have no recourse.
