My friends birthday and we decided to have a night out in Sea Point and I decided to book a cab with Cabco who I usually call - I made the call on Saturday the 4 May 2013 at 5:20pm to arrange for Cabco to fetch 7 of us at 9:00pm the same night in Southfield as we needed to be in Sea Point by 10pm or else we each had to pay a Entrance Fee of R60. Once the time hit 9:06pm (as they are usually a few minutes Early the reason why I have always used Cabco) I decided to call them, they immediately said we were just about to call you to let you know our cabs are running late, which I asked how long will I have to wait they responded 10-15mins which I had agreed to wait as this was the first time ever. that time went up and still no cab, so I called again and she insisted the cab was on its way waited again called again, your cab should be there now its around the corner, waited still no cab. 9:37 appeared and called again with who I Spoke with Carol who did not recieve my previous calls and apologised and sounded confused. The Cab driver arrived at 9:45 and said to me the call was only dispatched at 9:30. The cab driver checked my number with me which they had also taken down incorrectly.
