We bought the voucher and received it right at that moment. I then forwarded our voucher to Africa Stay to start and finalise our booking for our honeymoon.
It's now been 10 days and we have not heard anything regarding flights booked, accommodation at resort booked, nothing. When is Africa Stay planning to give us our trip details? With 2 weeks until our wedding, I really don't have the time to follow up daily on when to expect our booking details. I would really like to get this finalised and out of the way so that I can concentrate on other arrangements and appointments.
How about speeding up those bookings with still quality service? No need to withhold my booking details. We paid in full when buying the voucher. So we've done our end of the bargain. Your turn to deliver.
