I went to One Stop Travel in March 2013 to make enquiries about purchasing a ticket for my daughter to Mauritius and was given a pricing subject to confirmation by myself and they took a copy of my card and assured me that this is formality and made me sign and was told that nothing with be processed without my permission and in the interim i also went to Pentravel who were very professional and immediately purchased the ticket and the next day i phoned One Stop Travel to cancel my request and only to be told that they have debited my account. They advised me that they will refund me and even conacted my Bankers lodged a dispute form but to no avail, they have not given me a ticket and are refusing to pass a refund and they have taken off R7300 and have made several attempts telephonically as well, again no success and i am currently un employed as from the 28 April 2013 and appealing for assistance in resolving this matte
