I wish to compliment Ashvetha Ramdulary, on her excellent manner of conducting business. My wife and I would personally like to thank and commend Ashvetha for the outstanding work she does in making sure that we are happy & satisfied. She is truly an example of what the South African service industry should strive towards. I don't think the words "No" or "I don't know" even exist in her vocabulary. Be it an accounts query or a booking query, all it takes is for us to send her one email and it's sorted out. We never have to follow up, Ashvetha will sort it out and give us feedback ASAP (even during the weekend sometimes). Ashvetha will also check in on us after our holiday, to check if everything was fine. Thank you Ashvetha for your outstanding work & your contribution to your industry. Your efforts are truly world class and dealing with you is such a pleasure.
