We reported a fault on the 19th of April - line dead. Ref nr 349CTK190413 and nothing happend. When follow-up, noboby can give answer, only "we are working on it". Yesterday they actual put the fone down in my ear. I am paying a monthly fee for a service to be delivered to me, but do not receive this service. If I think of the Consumers Protection Act and the newly Treat Customers Fairly act, surely I must either get the service or get my money back??? Telkom is actually in breach of contract??? I will prefer the service.
