I took out a 2gig data contract in January 2013. Despite providing Cell C with the correct banking details they captured it incorrectly on their system. So the debit order did not go through resulting in a suspension of one of my other contracts. At the end of February the same happened only this time leading to a suspension of 2 of my other contracts, despite being paid on those two contracts. The only conceivable reason to do this is to get me to the store to help them fix the mess. I did exactly this. To no avail though. After spending more than 10 in either their Store or on their call centre, the problem was not fixed by the end of March. So the debit order did not go off again.By this time I had provided them with my correct banking details on three different occasions, apart from the fact that all the info is in their system and on the hard copies. I then decided that I have had enough and informed them that I wanted the contract cancelled. It is now the end of April and still no joy. When my other contracts runs out I will most certainly terminate my relationship with them. I wonder what their founder will say about this.
