AUTOPAGE IS INCOMPETENT

Autopage is a joke. I'm going to advise as many friends and family as I can to not use them. My account has been on debit order for the entire duration of the contracts - almost three years. I called them in March to update my banking particulars and from then on I've received calls and text messages in the middle of April and May to say that I'm a bad payer and that i'm in arrears (when they actually took my debit order off in March and April). I was just on the phone to them again for 20 minutes and had to give them my banking details again under call reference number A1305222428. If Autopage threatens suspension or termination again when my account has never been in arrears with them, I will consider it unlawful repudiation on their side and will terminate the agreement on notice. It is despicable service and I will never take a contract with them again. Ever.
