Today I received a call Jolene saying that my Debit order returned. I went on further and explained I cancelled this contract and the last payment went off last month. She said that my contract is cancelled and my husband contract is still open and then questioned if i cancelled his contract. Now I would like to ask the following questions?
1) How can there be two different contracts, when I'm the one providing my details.i.e Banking details & statements etc? 2) My husband is unemployed for the last two years, is Virgin active offering contracts to anybody without providing any supporting documentation? Who will be responsible for unpaid debit orders?
