what is a reasonable cancellation fee? surely the 75% fee charged by Vodacom is not reasonable?!
the consumer is thus liable for 75% of a contract that he cancels hence not deriving any benefit from.
paying for the handset is completely acceptable. but 75% of the talk, connection, data is surely not.
paying for something that you do not use.
