NEW BIS is unfair and

MTN is amazing. Your new BIS is and not only that you guys have made sure that our banks accounts are empty for loading additional bundles. Not that your call centre is helpful. The people are not even knowledgeable. I am really disappointed especially after the money I spent loading volume bundles which miraculously disappeared when I loaded my absolute service.

Your service has been shocking to say the least. Please sort out your new BIS and make sure we dont have to spend money we don't have funding you. I am truly disappointed. All my money gone down the drain and worse you no longer can pick up that I had loaded volume bundles. 'WHAT HAVE I BEEN USING FOR THE WHOLE MONTH? '

Your BIS only lasted me like 2 days and was informed to load volume bundles which i religiously did because data was disappearing at an unusual rate. You cannot keep doing this to customers, we do not have money to waste here. Might as well go to another service provider.
