Difficulties cancelling my contract

I've been trying to cancel my MTN contract and have received very poor assistance.
I've been to two MTN branches and the staff at both branches were not helpful at all. I've also tried calling at least 3 different call centre numbers and none of my calls have gone through.

At this point I'm really frustrated with MTN all I want to do is cancel a contract.
