Our phone line has been down for most of the past month (April) and we had many problems during the month of March as well. We phone Telkom to report the fault and a few days later they fix it, only for it to go down not too long after that. We run a business from our home, not only is this costing us money but customers are unable to reach us. No answers have been provided as to why the line keeps going down. Telkom needs to sort this problem out!
