I WILL GO TO THE OMBUDSMEN IF THIS SORTED IN 24HRS

I upgraded my contract 21.03.13. I was told if there is something wrong with phone it must be returned before 7day period. I returned to the store on 24.03.13. The assistant notified me i must return when the store manager is in. I notified assistant wont be able to. As i work from 6am to 6pm. He then notified me the manager will call me to arrange on monday. Tuesday i call in and spoke to the manager who was unaware of any agreement. He then notified me its not his issue i cant come in before thursday to exchange the phone for a new 1. If i come in after the 7 day period the phone will be sent for repairs and not exchange. He then hung up on me. If i do not receive a response regarding this pathetic lack of service i will go straight to the ombudsmen. Beyond this the store also upgraded my contract wrong. Charged me for 2 bis services which canceled each other out so I had no service on my fone from 21.03.13 till 24.03.13. This is incredibly unfair treatment. To have incompetent rude people as a forefront of their organization. Its disgusting. Contact me with 24hours or I will take my complaint to the Ombudsmen, this is an incredible infringement on my consumer rights
