I have a contract with 200 free minutes, they show a balance of 0 when not nearly 200 was used!! When i phoned they say that because they dont add vat i actually only get 175 free minutes!!! This was never mentoined before. I calculated all the calls from my call log and it only gets to 100 min. Now i have to wait till end may for this to be 'investigated'. Meantime i have to pay out of bundle rates. How many free min have i lost because of this.
Pathetic serivice, not a recommended service provider!
Stay away from MTN as far as possible!!!
