Mtn - Unilateral changes condition on BBM Service

My wife a bought Blackberry 9360 - we put her onto Mtn pay-as you-go. She recharged her BBM monthly with R60, with this she had unlimited BBM - access to the Internet, Face-book, What's Up - Twitter, Music Downloads.
Her BBM expired on Sunday - she forgot to reload beforehand - when she reloaded this morning she had to reinstall BBM - she is now on an Absulite Service for R59. She no longer has unlimited BBM and unlimited access to the above mentioned services.

She phoned Mtn 141 and got a cold shoulder.

I had the same pathetic service earlier this year as well - I eventually moved my kids service to VODACOM, their phones still had 1 year guarantee on.

Please NEVER BUY A MTN PHONE - THEY CHANGE CONTRACTS AS THEY LIKE - THEY DO NOT HONOUR THEIR GUARANTEE'S - TO DATE MTN DID EVEN BOTHER TO COME BACK TO ME ABOUT MY 1 DAUGHTERS PHONE WHICH STOPPED CHARGING.

MTN IS USELESS - THE SERVICE IS A RIP OFF.
