I have a Telkom line that is constantly dead. I report it and it gets fixed several days later by a technician. Within a few hours the line is down again. I call again, the same thing happens. This has happened for 4 months continuously. The technicians say it is the box for the block, that they fix a line and then another tenant has a problem the move the good line. I have reported this many times but nothing is done. I have paid for 4 months and have had less than 3 days service. When will you fix it? When will you give me a credit for non-service? Monopoly at its worst.
