We were approached by Fastnet a subsidiary of Telkom with a wiFi offer. The deal looked good. When the time for switch on came it did not happen due to glitches and furthermore we found out that the offering of free 75 Mb per client was a " mistake " so they say. I have it in writing but they say they cannot honour that?? is this the way to do business, they have made our coffee shop look like fools!!
