I was approached with a Wi Fi offer by Fastnet a subsidiary of telkom /telkom mobile. I was looking at options as my existing contract was coming to an end and this deal looked good. A reduced monthly fee, a better free Wi Fi data deal (75mB) for non telkom /8Ta clients and unlmited access to the preferred brand (telkom 8ta) The service supposed to be activated 1 April, still not activated and looks likely only end May and also informed the 75 MB for nonbrand clients does not apply, it was a mistake one the regional managers part, they will have to but vouchers from word go. I expressed my ire as I had the 75 MB promise in writing. As it stands I have a non existent service and all they can tell me is if I am unhappy they can remove the equipment free of charge, Is this the way to do business Telkom / Mobile / 8Ta?? You have cost my business money ..
