I can not pay for bad service like this anymore!!

I have had it with vodacom, always problems and no results. Never EVER have I been this disappointed by any company, service or goods. My first problem started when I got the vodacom internet contract, payed for the whole first month, and only received half of the data, was not informed that I would get one gig less so I had to pay an extra R1000.00, complained and my query was not solved, second problem, I was not notified that my contract was ending, as my contract CLEARLY states I would be notified, so it went over to normal data rates and I had to pay once again, only received half the refund, I then requested for itemised billing to prove all the time I have been wasting to solve the query, received no itemised billings after 4 months of paying, atleast got that refund... Then I got contacted by Elite mobile for my cellphone contract upgrade, did that and received the wrong color phone, after which I then requested for the voice recordings to prove that, it was basically refused because "it is archived and takes a lot of time to retrieve" thanks to Kelvin I received the correct phone at last. one more problem and I WILL sue. I have had it with VSP!! There will be no more upgrades
