Bad Attitude and Pethetic Service

My neighbor told me abt a special @ 8ta, I went 2 the store da next day & asked da consultant wat do I require 2 take out this contract, he told me the requirements & I was only short of the 3 months bank statement, I rushed to the bank, gt da statements, wen I gt bac da consultant was going on break & asked Sebastian to assist me. Sebastion was of no assistance.he made me fil out da document whilst he was doing his own personal things. Wen I finished wid the docs, he jus told me that I wil b contacted after 24hrs 2 say if im approved.i asked y wasn't I told abt this process & his reply was that I never asked.i told him that im a 7day worker n that I don't hav da time 2 come all the way bac.he said that I mus take that up wid da oda consultant, he wil giv me da cell no. n said that I mus call him with my pvt cell. I ended up giving them da 24hrs. As I walked out da store I met my neighbor & he told me that him & 2 friends took this contract & received within 20min.i went bac to da store n took it up wid the manager. The manager said that she wil luk into da matter n asked if I wud b in da mall 4 her to get bac to me.its been 30hrs n stil no cal
