Receiving SMS`s for overdue account

I am receiving payment demands on my cell phone for an account of Mr Monyela REF :011940751 ever since I bought this Sim card last year. I DO NOT HAVE A ACCOUNT WITH MARKHAM . Pls remove my Cell ph number from his account. I am in Cape Town and I don`t see why I must Phone 0129401680 (Pretoria number) at my expense. I have complained in store Markam at Blue route Centre who informed me that they have sorted this out, but to date I am still receiving these SMS`s,
