I have been incorrectly billed since i upgraded my contract in February so I called MTN to find out what's going on. A lady by the name of Tsholofelo attended my call. Then she tells me she cannot give me any information since I do not know my 4 digit pin. She then ask me security questions and I did not know some of them since MTN has info from 3 years ago which i cannot recall. Firstly I am disappointed because MTN is billing me incorrectly, secondly because when i upgraded my contract i updated my info and no one at MTN bothered to upgrade it on the system. And thirdly I am upset because of the attitude Tsholofelo had and she didn't want to help me further. MTN better sort out their issues or they will lose a customer.
