March I upgraded to a BB Z10 and took out a data package that I was told would be suitable for my needs. I only BBM and facebook on the odd occasion. March my data connection was turned off the moment the data package was finished. April within 6days my account is standing on R15000 due to GPRS usage, which I didn't use. I have been a client with Autopage for 11 years and have four lines on my name with them. All they keep saying is I must be downloading 5meg every 5minutes24/7. NO I don't think so! The phone they must of given me is either faulty or there is a problem somewhere. But I get no support from them, all that gets said is I am liable. They didn't even put the effort in to answer my questions I had for them.

To add insult to injury, they owe me a new Modem now already for more than 8months, but that doesn't matter, I must now just shut up and pay R15000 while they don't even give me goods they owe me.
