Vodacom Charged incorrectly for V-Live

I have been charged every month for the V-Live service which I have never subscribed to. After consulting Vodacom customer care - I have been shown that I have never been subscribed. V-Live account requires you to purchase a product on their service if you want to subscribe. I have never. I want my money back.
I find this very disconcerting that fees are deducted at will.
