I am a pensioner with a 1Mbps contract with mweb. This morning, I did an inter account transfer to ensure that there were sufficient funds available in the nominated account for Mweb. After this was done, my invoice arrived by mail with an additional R230 on it for a "call out" which I did not do or receive. this additional is unallocated for resulting in this debit being turfed out by the bank and causing ME additional costs which they will not replace. Despite my calls and mails, Mweb have decided to ignore this old man. You guys are pathetic!!!
