FALSE ADVISE GIVEN

I called in this morning and spoke to a pleasant lady in your home-loans call centre and spoke to Lebo. I was querying the fact that I have funds available on my access bond but however cannot transfer them to my other account. She advised that I need to open an account for which the money can be transferred to since I recently cancelled my cheque account and am only left with my savings. She advised once the consultant opens the new account the person must escalate the ATM query hold or whatever it's called and confirm the new account details for the money to be transferred. I took time off to go into one of your Branches where a very pleasant lady assisted me with opening a savings account, and upon calling the home loans department to give the new details only an I then told that there is a forgiveness period that is twelve months before I can access the account due to a default in Nov last year. Why on earth then did I waste my time opening this new account if that was the case??? Your staff members giving false hope to clients is really unethical. Is this your way of just having clients open new accounts??? I'm truly appalled, I should just take my business elsewh
