I sent cancellation documentation via email on 07/12/2012 10:09 i received confirmation and the mail was forward to the cancelations department on 08/12/2012 2:31. the contract is still active i emailed again 08/01/2013 with no reply and again on 16/01/2013 still no reply. i called the call centre spoke to Bruce who according to me was very unprofessional he advised me the contract is still active. i requested the contract to be cancelled and need this to be done as per my request. i requested to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for several minutes and my call was cut. i kept to my end of the deal for 24 months come on guys do your jo
