Contact centre refuse to trace my payment

The FNB contact centre is very unhelpful and the consultants don't seem to know what is going on. I made a pay now and clear transcation which still hasn't cleared some two days later. the contact centre keeps sending me from pillar to post and nobody knows whats going on. They keep telling me the other consultants were lying and I should go back to them... the service is just terrible, even worse is the fact that they refuse to give me a complaint number.
