Contract numbe

I purchased my phone together with sim in a Stax Branch in Dunkeld, Johannesburg.
I just called your call centre and spoke to Gugulethu Dube at precisely 14h48 25/04/2013 .
Please note I also did fulfill my RICA requirements. To my surprise she informed me my "top-up" number is in a contract number and that I am not the owner on the sim/number in question.
She refused to divulge any details stating that I am not the registered owner which is understandable the part I didn't understand is when I explained to her it is my phone/sim and there must be some sort of error. But anyways even though I'm confused with the level of "customer-service" I received if any, I requested to be directed to a seniors email address that I can vent my confusion and she still refused and informed me to go to a branch.

I need to correct the details on your system and also require information why I received an sms specifying I received an additional R50 of airtime and it seems i've either used it up or otherwise, she couldn't divulge information on "some else's" sim/acc.
